GI Karate

Karate is a very important and ancient form of combat that has the elements of martial arts and body discipline necessary to make it a form of deadly but very energetic and agile combat. It is a very old form and has evolved into a variety of styles that fit with many elements of other types of combat and therefore reinvent itself with each step.
